Terms & Conditions

DELIVERY

For orders in excess of £1,000.00 (on the UK mainland) delivery will normally be free of charge. Delivery may be made either by courier, pallet or Lindhurst & Company vehicle. We aim to make deliveries as convenient as possible for our customers, if however the goods are not accepted on the agreed day a fee of £50 will be charged to cover the inconvenience and administration costs of the aborted delivery.

PAYMENT TERMS

All orders are processed on a strictly pro-forma basis and payment must be made in advance of despatch.  All goods remain the property of Lindhurst & Company until full and final payment has been received.

RETURN OF GOODS/CREDITS

Lindhurst & Company will only accept return of goods under the following criteria:

1. Any damaged or missing items must be reported to Lindhurst & Company, by email or fax, within 24 hours of delivery.
2. Credit Notes will only be issued upon receipt by Lindhurst & Company of the returned goods in their original boxes/cartons.
3. Our driver will only accept goods for return with the authority of Lindhurst & Company.
4. The condition of the goods becomes the responsibility of the buyer immediately upon delivery by Lindhurst & Company to the purchasers address. We will not accept return of any goods that have been transported after delivery by Lindhurst & Company.
