We try to deliver your order to you within 14 working days. If any of the items you’ve chosen are out of stock we’ll call you immediately and arrange something to suit you.
Mirrors
Many of our decorative mirrors have an ‘antiqued’ or ‘distressed’ finish. Any variation in the paintwork is entirely intentional. Please check your mirror over as soon as it arrives and tell us of any problems within 24 hours of its arrival.
Chandeliers
A chandelier is a thing of beauty which once put in place should last a lifetime! Because chandeliers are delicate as well as beautiful they do take a little patience to prepare. We take care to ensure that your chandelier is perfect when it arrives in your home. Please open and unwrap sensitively and be prepared to reassemble any crystals which may have come undone during transit. If you do find that your chandelier is damaged in any way please contact us within 24 hours of its arrival. We’ll make sure we do everything we can to put any problems right, and if we can’t – don’t worry – we’ll replace your present chandelier with a new one.
